The Common Area Maintenance committee is responsible for all matters that are public property within the neighborhood. Daily and/or seasonal care of the green spaces and roundabouts. Regular maintenance of the front entrance including the sprinkler system and the lighting equipment that highlights the entrance. Also provides maintenance of the lock on the gate that separates the HOA from the Lake Eagle HOA. This committee is the primary interface with the City of Thomasville for situations such as condition of the roads and signage. Many of these responsibilities are contracted to, or serviced as needed by, reliable, cost-effective local firms. A board Vice President is the liaison.
